However, individual delivery works best for orders of 50+ total recipients — below that, per-unit logistics costs can be relatively high compared to a single-address bulk shipment. For smaller numbers, we'll advise the most cost-effective approach for your situation.
Domestic India delivery for most gift parcels (under 1 kg) ranges from approximately Rs. 70–150 per shipment, depending on the distance zone. Heavier parcels or remote locations cost more. International shipping is quoted separately based on country and product weight. We share a full cost breakdown — product + branding + per-unit shipping — before you confirm anything.
Yes. We handle assorted orders — for example, sending a premium gift box to senior employees and a standard gift to the rest, all within the same dispatch. Simply specify the gift type against each recipient row in the spreadsheet and we'll handle the sorting and packing at our end.
Failed deliveries are flagged in the tracking report we share with you. If an address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable after multiple courier attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We notify you, get the corrected address, and redeliver — at an additional shipping cost. Pre-validating addresses from the spreadsheet before dispatch significantly reduces this.
Production and branding takes 7–15 working days from artwork approval and order confirmation. Once dispatched, domestic India deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 working days. International deliveries take 7–14 working days depending on the country. If you have a hard deadline — a Diwali date, a joining day, a client anniversary — share it upfront and we'll work backwards to confirm if it's achievable.
Yes, we prepare the necessary commercial invoice and customs declaration paperwork. Import duties at the destination country are typically borne by the recipient, unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement is made upfront.
