Logo Branding & Custom Printing for Corporate Gifts
Every corporate gift you send carries your brand — or should. A generic product from a store has no memory. The same product with your logo laser-engraved or UV-printed stays associated with your company for years.
We handle logo branding in-house using 6 professional techniques across 200+ product types. From a simple silk-screen print on a pen to full-colour UV printing on a Bluetooth speaker to precision embroidery on a polo shirt — we match the right technique to the right product.

6 Professional Branding Techniques
The right technique depends on the product material and the look you want. We advise the best option for your specific product.
Laser Engraving
Permanent, precision carving on metal, wood, and leather. Creates an elegant recessed impression in the base material colour — no ink, no fading, ever.
Best for: Metal bottles, pens, wallets, keychains, trophies, wooden items
UV Digital Printing
Photo-quality, full-colour print applied directly to the surface using UV-cured ink. Scratch-resistant, vibrant, and works on almost any material — flat or slightly curved.
Best for: Speakers, chargers, boxes, plastic products, tech accessories
Silk Screen Printing
The most widely used and cost-effective technique. Logo is pressed through a mesh screen using ink — up to 4 solid colours. Durable on most solid-surface materials.
Best for: Mugs, bottles, bags, t-shirts, caps, USB drives, diaries
Embroidery
Logo stitched with thread directly into the fabric. Premium look and feel, wash-resistant, and long-lasting. The gold standard for branded apparel and fabric accessories.
Best for: Polo shirts, hoodies, caps, jackets, tote bags, fabric pouches
Embossing / Debossing
Raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) impression of your logo pressed into leather, cardboard, or paper. Elegant, tactile, and communicates quality without colour.
Best for: Leather diaries, cardholders, portfolios, boxes, paper bags
Pad Printing
Transfers ink from a silicone pad onto curved, irregular, or hard-to-reach surfaces with precision. Ideal for small products where screen printing doesn't fit.
Best for: Pens, keychains, small gadgets, lighters, earphone cases
Why Logo Branding Matters for Corporate Gifts
Brand Stays Visible Beyond the Gifting Moment
Every time the recipient uses the product, they see your logo. A branded bottle used daily gives you 365 brand impressions per year — from a single gift.
Professional Appearance Builds Trust
A well-branded gift signals that you care about detail. Clients and employees associate the quality of the gift — and its branding — with the quality of your organisation.
Differentiates from Generic Purchases
Anyone can buy a product from a store. A logo-branded gift is something only your company can give — it carries identity, intent, and ownership.
Lasts the Lifetime of the Product
Laser-engraved or UV-printed logos do not fade, peel, or wash off. Unlike stickers or paper labels, the branding is as durable as the product itself.
Turns Recipients into Brand Ambassadors
Employees who wear branded apparel or carry branded bags at events are walking advertisements. Every public use of the product extends your brand reach organically.
Strong Return on Gifting Investment
Branded gifts generate ongoing impressions long after the gifting occasion — making them one of the highest ROI marketing spends when planned well.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logo Branding
Once you approve the digital proof and confirm the order, production typically takes 7–12 working days depending on the branding technique and quantity. Laser engraving and silk screen are faster (7–9 days); embroidery and custom UV printing on large quantities may take up to 14 days. Share your deadline upfront and we'll confirm feasibility before you commit.
MOQ varies by product and technique — generally 50 units for standard techniques like silk screen and UV printing, and 100 units for embroidery. Laser engraving MOQ can sometimes be as low as 25 units. For very small quantities (under 25), branding setup charges make it less cost-effective; we'll advise alternatives.
It depends on the technique. UV digital printing supports unlimited colours at no extra cost. Silk screen supports up to 4 spot colours — additional colours increase cost. Laser engraving is single-tone by nature (no ink). Embroidery supports multiple thread colours. For logos with gradients or photographic elements, UV digital printing is the right choice.
Yes. For orders above 200 units, we recommend a pre-production sample — a single branded unit produced before the full run. This lets you verify colour accuracy, logo placement, and finish quality. Sample production typically takes 3–5 working days. There may be a nominal sample cost which is adjusted against the bulk order.
Curved surfaces (like water bottles, mugs, or speakers) require specific branding techniques. Screen printing wraps around curves well; laser engraving can handle gentle curves; pad printing is precise on small curved areas. Our team will advise the right technique based on the product geometry and recommend a logo layout adjustment if needed to avoid distortion.
Yes. Branding involves setup charges (creating the screen, block, or engraving file) and per-unit branding charges. Setup costs are a one-time fee per design per technique, typically ranging from ₹500–₹2,500 depending on complexity. Per-unit branding charges vary from ₹5–₹50 per unit. We share a full cost breakdown — product + branding + packaging — in our quotation so you can evaluate the total before committing.
